April 26 - June 14	$675.00 per week
June 14 - Sept 20	$1650.00 per week
Sept 20 - Nov 1	$675.00 per week
Nov 1 - Dec 20	$575.00 per week
Dec 20 - Dec 31	* best offer

CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR
Christmas and/or New Years period (pick the days of your choice) from Dec 20 - Dec 31 best offer I find that Christmas and New Years varies in popularity from year to year. If there is a big demand the price is higher, if not 3 or 4 days are around $675 pick your days and make an offer.

WAITING LIST
Yes sometimes people ask that their names be put on a waiting list in case there is a cancellation. You may do this but please be aware that cancellations are extremely rare.
